Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team on the same day or no later than the day after your order was placed.
Providing your order number and the email address used at checkout will help us process your request promptly.
Processing and Shipping Timeframe
Our fulfilment team prepares and dispatches orders within 1 to 3 days. Due to this fast turnaround, cancellations are only possible within the first 1 to 2 days of your purchase.
Grace Period
We offer a one-day grace period after the day of purchase. For example:
- Day of purchase → Cancellation permitted
- Following day → Cancellation permitted
- Two days after purchase → Cancellation is no longer possible
When Cancellation Is No Longer Possible
If more than two days have passed since your order was placed, it will already be in processing or in transit. At this point, cancellation is not possible.
In this situation, we kindly ask that you accept the delivery and refer to our Returns and Refund Policy should you decide not to keep the item.
